I selected Dan as my personal trainer primarily because he is so aware of the needs of seniors. I was in fair physical condition when we first began. Dan has totally changed my appearance and me. I have firmed up, shaped up, and feel absolutely wonderful. I have adopted a regular regimen of physical exercise that helps me feel great.

When my doctor told me I would have to go on drugs to lower my cholesterol, I knew it was time to get off the couch. By following the routine you tailored just for me, I have in six weeks brought my cholesterol from 242 to 206, without drugs. I will admit I have been eating better, but that is easy to do when you are working hard to get in better shape and don’t want to ruin it. I am looking forward to the results I will get in six months.

When I considered working with a personal trainer I was pretty much a wreck. At 5'2" and over 300 pounds, I was told by my physician that I was a prime candidate for a heart attack if I did not do something soon. I joined a fitness facility and visited there several times, but knew almost immediately that I needed professional help. The facility had several personal trainers on staff and I observed them all very closely for a couple of weeks. I was impressed with Dan. He seemed to not only be very knowledgeable, but was able to convey that knowledge across the board - men, women, older and younger. So I decided to give it a shot and I am so glad I did. In 6 months I dropped a little over 40 pounds and a ton of body fat. I am finally able to actually do crunches on the floor now. You are AWESOME Dan. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

When a friend told me about Dan's website and I visited there I was very impressed. I had been thinking about joining a gym, but really felt embarrassed and did not want to make a fool of myself. When I visited his page about the benefits of training at home I said to myself, "that's my answer." I have not been disappointed!
